Step One: The Listing Consultation

During this consultation, The Bonwell Tanner Group will evaluate your selling needs. In addition, we will be going through your home to obtain a market value.

Step Two: The Listing Paperwork

After you have made your decision to list your home with the Professional Real Estate Services of The Bonwell Tanner Group, we will go over all of the listing paperwork. This paperwork consists of contract terms, price, showing instructions, etc.

Step Three: The Room-by-Room Assessment

The Bonwell Tanner Group believes that selling your home takes teamwork! That is why we do a room-by-room assessment to help you get your home in top-notch condition! We know what it takes to sell your home in todays market and will provide you with a detail list of items that will increase the perceived value of your home. It is truly one of the most valuable services you will receive from a real estate professional .

Step Four: Active

Once you have your home in top-notch condition, we will be Active on the Market. This means that your home will be advertised on the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, to thousands of Realtors. In addition, your home will be blasted to over 30 websites! Showings will also begin right away.

Step Five: Offer and Negotiation

Once we receive a contract to purchase your home, The Bonwell Tanner Group will work with you to negotiate the contract. Our goal is to make every transaction a Win-Win situation!

Step Six: Closing

After the offer is negotiated, it is time for you to pack! During this time, Randie and Karen will be working with the Buyers Agent, the Buyer's Lender, and the Title Company to bring your transaction to a smooth close.
