What is my Home Worth?

The market value of your home is based on the following factors: Location, Condition, and Active and Sold homes in the surrounding area. The Bonwell Tanner Group will perform a complimentary Market Analysis on your home. Please click on the "What's My Home Worth" link to fill out the basic information about your home and we will provide you with the realistic value of your home.

How will you Market My Home?

The Bonwell Tanner Group will market your home in multiple ways. The first step is to get the home in top notch condition and price the home correctly. We then blast your home to dozens of websites that include: Realtor.com, Yahoo.com , Aol.com, MSN.com, Indystar.com and More!

How do you get paid?

The Bonwell Tanner Group is paid a percentage of the sale price at the closing. One Half of our commission is paid to the Buyer's Realtor for bringing the Buyer to your home. We would love to discuss in detail how the commission process works!

How does the Showing Process work?

When you list your home, you will fill out a Showing Instruction form. This form will outline how you would like to be contacted for a showing. Any agent in the Board of Realtors can show your home. They will contact Keller Williams to set up a showing. Then, a representative from KW will contact you, the homeowner, to get confirmation for the showing time. Once you have confirmed the showing, the agent will be contacted by our representative and show the home.

Do You work as a Full Time Realtor?

YES! Randie and Karen are both fully dedicated to providing the Best Real Estate Services possible. This is our full time, and only, profession.
